Winnipeg has a tremendous opportunity to develop highly resourced, flexible and safe spaces
it is in these spaces that established and young social innovators can become empowered to dialogue, take risks, collaborate and test out ideas

Winnipeg needs to come up with better ways to help people with similar ideas and goals meet and network. For a city of less than a million Winnipeg has an amazing diversity and a very vibrant cultural and intellectual scene. Unfortunately I feel that someone who is new to Winnipeg might find it hard to tap into this. This is where I feel the Hub would come in.
